How do I track my order?

After ordering a product, you will receive (2 to 3 days) a shipping confirmation. To track your order, go to our "Track My Order" page and enter your order number with your mail. It may take a little time to update.
Note: sometimes there is a display problem, if you can't track your order directly, try directly with the order number only (without entering an email address).

How long does it take to receive my order?

Depending on your location, it usually takes between 10 and 21 days for a standard delivery (not including processing days).

Sometimes packages get lost, although this is very rare. If more than a month has passed and you still have not received your order, please contact us again at contact@dressola.com

We are experiencing delivery issues because of our supplier's factory problems. All orders placed after Saturday 14th January , 2023, will be shipped after January 29th. 2023.

I wrote the wrong name or address, what should I do?

If, unfortunately, you have made a mistake in your address or name that may affect the shipment, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@dressola.com on the same day and mention in the subject line that you have made a mistake.
